About the Role

These roles are exciting opportunities to take your sales career to the next level by focusing on winning new business and onboarding new customers into our organisation. If you’re driven by results, enjoy proactive outreach, and thrive on building relationships from the very first conversation, this role is for you.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in sales (essential) – backgrounds in recruitment, call centres, or similar environments are ideal.
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for prospecting and converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Confident making outbound calls and using email to engage decision-makers, secure appointments, and close opportunities.

We would welcome applications from candidates that can speak Arabic but this is not essential.

The Role

  • 35 Hours per week
  • Flexible working between 8am - 6pm
  • Office based in Wakefield WF1 2UF

About the Role

Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and tailored outreach.

  • Convert enquiries into customers, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding process.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience from first contact through to account handover or ongoing support.
  • Work towards clear monthly sales targets with a defined plan and dedicated manager support.
  • Generate and undertake qualified meetings.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to help refine our sales strategy and continuously improve.

About You
