We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based client that is expanding its customer acquisition team. This opportunity is suited to individuals who are interested in sales, customer engagement, communication, and business development and want to develop their skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll interact directly with customers and support the growth of customer acquisition campaigns.
You'll combine customer service with sales, focusing on building rapport, understanding customer requirements, communicating product and service information, and creating positive customer experiences.
Some of the ways you'll contribute include:
- Engaging with customers through professional face-to-face conversations
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Introducing customers to relevant products and services
- Understanding customer needs and communicating suitable solutions
- Explaining key features, benefits, offers, and services clearly
- Answering customer questions and supporting enquiries
- Generating customer interest and identifying sales opportunities
- Supporting customer registrations, applications, and transactions
- Working towards individual and team sales objectives
- Developing strong product and service knowledge
- Participating in regular sales training and coaching sessions
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and results-focused team environment

Previous sales or customer-facing experience can be beneficial, but is not required. We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, sport, administration, or other people-focused roles.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period)
