Customer Sales Specialist | Watford | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start

Some people naturally know how to start a conversation, build trust, and make others feel comfortable. If that sounds like you, Infuse Worldwide wants to hear from you.

We're expanding our team in Watford and looking for confident, motivated individuals to represent our UK brand partners across multiple customer-facing campaigns.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll develop practical experience in sales, customer engagement, brand representation, and customer acquisition, while learning how established brands connect with new customers and grow through direct engagement.

No previous industry experience? That's completely fine. We'll provide the training.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll act as the connection between our brand partners and their potential customers. That means you'll:

  • Meet and engage with customers face-to-face
  • Understand individual customer needs
  • Introduce relevant products and services
  • Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
  • Support sales and new customer acquisition
  • Represent partner brands professionally and confidently
  • Work towards individual and team performance goals
