Our client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.

Job Description
- We are seeking an organised and assertive Customer Satisfaction Technical Support Engineer working on a flexi day shift.
- Answering and investigating customer complaints and queries via MSDB forum. With the aim to complete MSDBs within 7 days of opening.
- Liaising with all YMX branches and internal departments to problem solve issues.
- Involvement with creation, investigation and implementing counter measures from CSIRs into production areas.
- Data collection and analysis of installation reports from YMX branches.
- Answering PIDB requests and quoting YMXs for machine parts new, current and legacy.
- To be able to pack, ship and complete export control documents may also be required.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Electrical and/or Mechanical experience required.
- Good understanding of current and old machine build processes.
- Quality minded.
- Good professional communicator.
- Customer service minded.
- Be able to work as part of a team, but also self-motivated to working on own.
- Good working relationships with internal departments.
Desirable Criteria
- Computer literate (AX, Excel, Windchill, IT systems).
- Hard working.
- Be able to handle conflict.
- Work well under pressure.
