The team operates remotely across the UK, offering advice and guidance without the need for in-person visits. Role Description
The Customer Savings Advisor (UK Applicants Only) is a remote role responsible for supporting homeowners in identifying ways to reduce their regular expenses and increase savings. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs
- Review current bills
- Recommend suitable savings options
- Explain potential income and savings opportunities clearly
- Guide customers through decision-making
- Follow up to ensure actions are completed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal team members
- Stay up to date with available offers, tariffs, and partner solutions relevant to household savings

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Experience in Customer Contact and Client Counseling to confidently assess customer needs and recommend tailored savings options.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex information in an accessible and empathetic manner.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer cases concurrently.
- Basic numeracy and comfort reviewing bills, tariffs, and financial figures to identify potential savings.
- Familiarity with UK household services (e.g., energy, broadband, insurance) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and CRM systems for logging interactions and tracking customer outcomes.
- Previous experience in advisory, customer service, or financial guidance roles is beneficial but not essential.
