Customer Selections Analyst

Up to £50,000

Stratford-Upon-Avon (1 day a week in office)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant to combine technical expertise with commercial impact. You will play a key role in delivering customer targeting, campaign analysis, and actionable insights that influence marketing and customer engagement strategies.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Selections Analyst, you will join a data-driven team using SQL and analytics to deliver customer targeting, campaign insights, and measurable business impact.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Developing and delivering customer selections using SQL, ensuring campaigns target the right audiences and meet business objectives.
  • Analysing campaign performance and developing self-service dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Developing subject matter expertise across customer datasets, supporting data sourcing, analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver consultative, data-driven solutions.
  • Presenting insights, recommendations, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Supporting quality assurance processes, ensuring outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
  • Working closely with analytics and optimisation teams to continuously improve customer targeting and campaign effectiveness.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Customer Selections Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong commercial experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, ideally Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience delivering analytics within a customer, marketing, or campaign-focused environment.
  • Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment would be advantageous.
