Sales Support Specialist - International
Purpose
You will support the effective execution of international sales activity by enabling responsiveness, accuracy, and consistency across customer interactions, sales processes, and commercial operations. Reporting to the International Sales leadership team, the role plays a critical supporting function within the Sales organization, ensuring customer requests, quotations, proposals, and order-related activities are delivered efficiently and accurately across international markets. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, sales effectiveness, and commercial growth through proactive coordination and operational excellence.
Responsibilities / Key Deliverables
- Sales Support & Customer Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for international customers across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa, providing responsive, professional support throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate customer enquiries, requests, and follow-up activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Quotation & Proposal Management
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, presentations, and supporting sales documentation aligned with customer requirements and commercial objectives.
- Ensure all information is complete, accurate, and delivered within agreed timelines.

Sales Process & Opportunity Support
- Support the successful progression of sales opportunities by coordinating activities across Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
- Help maintain momentum on customer projects, bids, tenders, and commercial initiatives while ensuring key deadlines are achieved.

CRM & Sales Data Integrity
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, and order information within CRM and ERP systems.
- Ensure sales-related data is complete, up to date, and available to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making activities.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and ways of working.
- Contribute to initiatives that reduce administrative complexity, improve responsiveness, and enhance the customer experience.

International Project & Tender Support
- Support international bids, tenders, and project opportunities by coordinating documentation, customer requirements, internal stakeholders, and submission timelines.
- Escalate complex issues as appropriate to ensure successful outcomes.

Product & Commercial Knowledge
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the NaughtOne product portfolio, pricing structures, specifications, and commercial processes.
- Apply this knowledge to support customer conversations, sales activities, and solution development.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial administration, project coordination, or a related operational role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Commercial curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop product and market knowledge.

Dimension of the Role
Reporting to the Senior Client Experience Specialist, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of international sales activities and customer engagement processes. The role works closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure customer enquiries, quotations, projects, and orders are managed accurately and efficiently. The position contributes directly to customer satisfaction, sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the successful delivery of commercial growth objectives.
