🚨 We're Hiring: Customer Service / Order Management Specialist (German & English) 🇩🇪🇬🇧

Excelloit is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service / Order Management professional to join our client's team in Warwickshire, UK.

This is a Hybrid opportunity, and candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Manage customer orders, forecasts and purchase orders through ERP / Order Management systems
  • Manage inventory and coordinate customer requirements
  • Work closely with manufacturing sites in Switzerland and Malaysia
  • Monitor orders, backorders and delivery schedules
  • Proactively communicate delays and provide delivery updates
  • Work with Sales, Finance, Product Management and other internal teams
  • Handle RMAs, service quotations and customer returns
  • Support invoice, payment and purchase-order related queries
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems

🔹 What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Operational Support
  • Fluent German and English – written and spoken
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & MS Office skills
  • Experience with ERP / Order Management systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams
