The Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as a key office-based link between our customers and the business. This role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care in line with our customer commitment.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the effective day-to-day management of customer accounts and play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer calls in line with agreed schedules and service standards
- Processing documentation accurately and maintaining files and records in accordance with company procedures
- Supporting business growth by identifying opportunities within the existing customer base and arranging appointments where appropriate
- Actioning messages and customer requests promptly and accurately
- Working closely with and providing administrative support to the Customer Service Executives
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider team
