Part Time Hours Temporary Contract
Part Time Customer Service Administrator (Temporary Contract, based at Brigg Garden Centre)
Due to the continued growth of British Garden Centres, we are looking for a proactive, experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team on a temporary basis. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent Customer Service, and is confident managing multiple tasks. You'll play an important role in supporting customers across our network of over 80 Garden Centres and helping to create positive experiences within our Garden Centres and Restaurants, including our exciting Festive events.
Working Pattern
Initially 3 days per week including weekend work *
- Flexibility is essential, as additional working days will be required during our peak festive season
About The Role
Based at our Brigg Garden Centre offices, you will become part of a friendly and supportive team responsible for handling a wide range of customer enquiries and bookings. No two days are the same. From assisting customers with garden centre enquiries to supporting popular seasonal events such as our Christmas Grottos and festive experiences, you'll help ensure every customer receives a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing customer enquiries by phone, email and social media
- Taking bookings and assisting with event-related enquiries and liaising with garden centres across the business
- Maintaining excellent customer service during busy seasonal periods
About You – We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organised and able to manage a varied workload, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Remains positive and professional when handling multiple priorities
- Is confident using computer systems and learning new processes

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, social media, and email
- Collaborate with colleagues across the British Garden Centres Group to resolve issues
- Manage event bookings, queries, and amendments using internal systems
- Compile and produce reports using relevant data
- Maintain Family Card records and support related customer queries
