About This Role

Are you a Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Coordinator or experienced administrator looking for a role where your organisation skills directly support customers and fleet operations? As a Customer Service Administrator within our Trucks and Trailers Business Unit, you will help ensure vehicles, trailers, maintenance and customer queries are managed accurately, efficiently and within agreed SLA timeframes.

  • Ensure vehicles and trailers are legally compliant, with the correct compliance documentation provided to customers before receipt.
  • Support customers with maintenance events, breakdowns and replacement vehicles, helping keep everything moving.
  • Chase maintenance paperwork, compile scheduled maintenance and compliance reports, and ensure documentation is completed within SLA timeframes.
  • Raise order numbers, manage weekly contract account invoices and respond promptly to invoice queries.
  • Liaise with Head Office, Engineering, Fleet Quality Services and Fleet Services to help identify the best course of action and maximise asset utilisation.

About You

You will be organised, customer focused and confident communicating with people across different teams, with previous experience in administration and customer service. Experience within a B2B environment is useful, while knowledge of transport or distribution would be advantageous, but if you can demonstrate strong transferable skills and the right attitude, we would encourage you to apply.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
