£12.71 per hour
If you would like to work in a modern, busy, and friendly team and for a multi-faceted UK-wide service sector business that is part of a global organization, this is the ideal role for you.
Main job duties will involve taking incoming calls from customers reporting vehicle defects and deploying any queries to the relevant department via CRM system.

Duties
- Extracting data from an Excel spreadsheet
- Transferring calls and information to the correct contact
- Collecting information on queries
- General administration
