Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team based in Winnersh. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will act as a key link between customers, service teams, logistics, and manufacturing, supporting the end-to-end administration of repair and calibration requests.

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract for 2 years

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing repair and calibration service requests from receipt through to completion.
  • Processing customer requests, including data entry, pricing updates, and quote generation.
  • Handling customer queries and collection requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support the efficient delivery of services.
  • Maintaining accurate records, dashboards, and customer information across multiple systems.
  • Prioritizing a high volume of tasks while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, customer support, service administration, order processing, or sales support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to adapt and perform effectively within a large, complex, and dynamic business environment.
