Position: Trade Customer Service Administrator (UK and Rest of World)

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands
Salary: £27,491 per annum
Permanent, office based – 35 hours per week

We're looking for a highly organised Trade Customer Service Administrator to be the central point of contact for our UK Trade dealers, Local Authorities and ROW (Rest of World) dealers. You'll own the order-to-invoice journey end to end, working closely with Operations, Business Development Managers, our Warehouse, Technical Support, Finance and our overseas factory to make sure every order, enquiry and export runs smoothly and every dealer relationship is well looked after.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acknowledge and process every order promptly and accurately, within target, keeping dealers reassured and in the loop.
  • Manage and progress every order from receipt through to invoicing, staying on top of any issues before they arise.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for the orders you're handling, coordinating with the right people to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Keep Business Development Managers confidently up to date across their order book, freeing them up to focus on their dealer relationships.
  • Produce clear, accurate KPI reporting for Local Authority contracts, helping us demonstrate great service and stay compliant.
  • Resolve dealer issues with care, finding outcomes that work for everyone and protect the relationship.
  • Coordinate warranty cases with our Trade Technical Support team, processing warranty orders correctly and promptly.
  • Work closely with Finance to keep pre-payments accurate and on track.
  • Liaise with carriers to arrange export shipments, with preparation of export documentation where required.
  • Pitch in flexibly across the team, helping keep the customer experience consistently excellent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
