The Job
The Customer Service Administrator, known internally as a Valuation Manager, at Move With Us (part of Simplify) works as part of a busy and friendly Developer team. With full training provided, you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents, writing valuation reports, and supporting the wider team in a busy Customer Service role.
This role can be incredibly rewarding, both from a financial and personal perspective. You’ll be able to earn uncapped commission and work with a cohesive and tightly knit team. There is also a clear career path within the team for those who are ambitious, perform strongly, and wish to progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with estate agents to compare properties, review figures, and perform market appraisals
- Completing Valuation reports quickly and accurately
- Obtaining availability and property details from customers and arranging for estate agents to value their property

Requirements
And now for the nitty gritty:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be good with people, calm under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, and target driven. You should have some experience of having worked within a busy office environment. Ideally, you'll also have prior knowledge or experience of working within the property sector although we are prepared to train the right person from scratch.
You’ll be expected to complete reports quickly and efficiently, and whilst this is not a customer facing role, you will need to have well honed customer service skills and a personable yet professional manner as you will spend most of your time on the phone or corresponding via email to our customers and clients.
