Job Opportunity at Wessex Fleet

Wessex Fleet puts over 8,000 drivers behind the wheel of their new lease vehicles every single year—and we need your help to make sure every journey starts flawlessly. We’re searching for a highly organised, detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to be the vital link between our customers, sales team, dealerships, and finance partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing a process through from start to finish, this is your perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Coordination: Take ownership of the customer journey from the moment a vehicle order is placed to the day the keys are handed over.
  • System Management: Navigate and manage our online order databases and various funder systems to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries and collections with supplying dealers and excited customers.
  • Frontline Support: Deliver top-tier customer service by phone, email, and post, handling everything from initial order queries to mid-lease contract amendments for existing clients.
  • Contract Management: Prepare, submit, and finalise lease documentation using E-SIGN, email, or traditional post, while liaising directly with finance houses to resolve queries.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as the administrative backbone for our busy sales team, keeping them updated and supported on all pending vehicle orders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
