CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - EPR

What You’ll Be Doing

As Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for providing support within the Electrolux Professional service organization. The focus of the role will be to provide customer, administrative, service network and management teams support, including the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries via phone, email and CRM.
  • Manage and coordinate service requests, ensuring SLA targets are met.
  • Liaise with service partners and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Monitor service performance and escalate issues where required.
  • Support after-sales service operations through reporting and administrative activities.
  • Identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or administration.
  • Experience working with service partners, suppliers, or after-sales support is advantageous.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
