Customer Service Administrator

Part-Time

Burton-in-Kendal

£26,500 pro rata + Benefits - 25 hours per week

Are you an experienced customer service or administration professional looking for a varied part-time role? Do you enjoy helping people, keeping things organised and using your initiative to get things done?

Our client is a growing specialist business helping charities and not-for-profit organisations across the UK raise vital funds through lotteries, raffles and donation campaigns. A friendly, organised Customer Service Administrator is now required to join their small, supportive team.

Combining telephone and email support with practical administration, you’ll help charity supporters with their enquiries while keeping campaign information and records accurate. You might explain a payment or update someone’s details, then help process incoming post or prepare welcome packs. Some conversations will require particular patience and sensitivity, including supporting people who have recently experienced a bereavement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
