Customer Service Advisor (Financial Services)
Location - Glasgow (North)
Salary - £24500 + commission
Hours - Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm (Office-based)

Office Angels are delighted to be working with a long-standing and valued client within the financial services sector to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their Glasgow team.
This opportunity will see you supporting a portfolio of clients, managing queries through to resolution, and ensuring a smooth, professional service at every stage. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and delivering consistently high standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact, building trusted relationships with clients
- Managing queries from initial contact through to resolution in a timely, professional manner
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothly
- Providing clear updates and confidently managing expectations
- Delivering a consistently high standard of service across all interactions
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting overall team performance
- Seamlessly working across multiple portals, navigating systems efficiently to manage queries with speed and accuracy

About You
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing administrative role
- Strong communication skills with a professional, confident approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Experience within financial services would be advantageous
