Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, friendly, and fast-paced business based in Normanton.

This is a varied customer service role supporting customers with vehicle and small electrical equipment breakdowns. You will be responsible for taking incoming breakdown calls, understanding the issue, and coordinating with suppliers and engineers to get customers back up and running as quickly as possible.

The business has a lively and supportive working environment, so this would suit someone who enjoys being busy, problem-solving, and working closely with both customers and colleagues.

Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

The role

You will need a keen eye for detail and the confidence to problem-solve on the spot. You will regularly make quick decisions based on both the customer's needs and the best interests of the business.

You'll work independently while also liaising closely with your immediate team, third-party suppliers, and other departments across the company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
