Summary
Highly organised and efficient Customer Service Administrator required to manage enquiries, communications, payments, bookings, deliveries and assistive technology training. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Wage
£16,640 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

What you'll do at work
Seeking a Customer Service Apprentice for Remtek with an immediate start.
- Manage Communications - Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Query Management - Address general internal and external queries, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
- Payment Processing - Take and process payments efficiently, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Booking Coordination - Schedule and manage bookings for deliveries and assistive technology training sessions, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support to the team, assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.

What you'll learn
- Use a range of questioning skills, including listening and responding in a way that builds rapport, determines customer needs and expectations and achieves positive engagement and delivery.
- Use appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication skills, along with summarising language during face-to-face communications; and/or
- Use appropriate communication skills, along with reinforcement techniques (to confirm understanding) during non-facing customer interactions.
- Use an appropriate ‘tone of voice’ in all communications, including written and digital, that reflect the organisation’s brand.
- Provide clear explanations and offer options in order to help customers make choices that are mutually beneficial to both the customer and your organisation.
- Be able to organise yourself, prioritise your own workload/activity and work to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate patience and calmness.
- Show you understand the customer’s point of view.
- Use appropriate sign-posting or resolution to meet your customers needs and manage expectations.
- Maintain informative communication during service recovery.
Training schedule
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification
Functional Skills Level 2 in math & English (if required)
All training will be delivered within the workplace, there will be no need for the successful apprentice to attend college.
