Customer Service Administrator - Broker Support Team

Location: Hybrid working (3 days a week in our Northampton Office)
Salary: £24,460 - £27,000 DOE + Bonus
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37 Hours, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and guidance to complete and secure energy contracts
  • Develop strong internal & external relationships ensuring a collaborative service & effective resolution of contract queries
  • Use different methods and supplier systems to log and complete a range of tasks
  • Deliver efficient phone service, support and query responses in line with SLA's
  • Ensure contract live dates are achieved through query resolution and proactive objection management
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of supplier specific terms and conditions to address queries accurately and support customers effectively.

Person:

  • Previous experience in the Utilities industry desirable
  • Ideally 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high accuracy work levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to handle and resolve a wide variety of queries effectively.
