Customer Service Administrator | Consumer Brand

£28,000 - £30,000 | Harlow | Monday-Friday

Do you genuinely enjoy supporting customers and finding solutions?

We're recruiting for a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join the UK customer experience team of an established DTC brand.

If you take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, love solving problems, and enjoy building positive customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product enquiries, order updates, deliveries, returns and general support.
  • Most customer interactions are handled via email, alongside some telephone support, making this an ideal role for someone with excellent written communication skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
  • Working across the whole business, you'll help ensure every customer receives a fast, positive and professional experience.

  • Experience in customer service, customer care, customer support or customer experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A positive, empathetic and professional approach
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM, customer service or ticketing systems is beneficial
