The successful applicant will join a heritage brand that combines tradition, innovation, and high-quality timekeeping solutions across diverse price points.

Role Description

This part-time, office-based role provides high-quality customer service and administrative support to public and trade customers, retail partners and internal teams. Working within a busy service department, the Customer Service Administrator will handle enquiries relating to repairs, products, sales and service updates across email, telephone and online chat.

The role is 18 hours per week, worked Wednesday to Friday, 10.00am to 4.00pm. As the position is system based, a good level of computer literacy is essential, particularly in Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience using SAP or similar systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Deal promptly and professionally with customer enquiries, responding within agreed timescales by email, telephone and online chat.
  • Provide customers with accurate, clear and helpful information relating to their enquiry, communication or repair.
  • Update the repair system accurately throughout the repair process, ensuring all changes and customer updates are recorded clearly.
  • Take and input material orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and processed in line with department procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement in customer service standards.
  • Book work onto the repair system and amend repair information as required.
  • Pick spare parts from inventory for repairs and sales orders, supporting the efficient flow of repair work through the department.
  • Provide support to other Customer Service teams when required.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused and confident communicating with customers, retail partners, stakeholders and internal teams. They will have strong attention to detail, professional telephone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive, flexible approach to workload. They should be a team player who is willing to learn new terminology, comfortable working accurately in a busy service environment and able to build and maintain effective working relationships. Relevant experience in the watch, luxury or consumer goods sectors would be beneficial.

Key Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with relevant software, such as SAP and Microsoft Office, is an advantage.

Salary £13,200 pa

Job Type: Part-time, 18 hrs per week. (Wednesday – Friday, 10.00am – 4.00pm). Permanent

This is an office-based role so applicants must be able to commute to Maidenhead.
