We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. You will manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accurate processing, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately within SAP.
  • Monitor order progress and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Produce reports relating to order status and delivery performance.

About You

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Management, or a similar role.
  • ERP system experience, ideally SAP.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team.
