Do you have experience in customer service, logistics, waste management, or supply chain operations? Are you highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service?
We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support customer and supplier operations, ensuring waste management services are delivered on time and in full. You'll manage customer orders, coordinate suppliers, resolve queries, maintain compliance documentation, and support invoicing and reporting activities while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
A Typical Day May Involve
- Manage customer orders, quotations, service requests, and supplier collections, ensuring all activities are completed within agreed service levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries, handling complaints, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensure order confirmations are completed accurately and on time, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Support invoicing, reporting, compliance documentation, annual waste transfer notes, and invoice query resolution activities.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing processes and contributing to operational efficiency improvements.

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Someone with previous experience in a customer service, logistics, or supply chain environment (Essential)
- A highly organised individual who can multitask, prioritise workloads, and maintain accuracy while working to deadlines and SLAs.
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys solving problems, driving tasks through to completion, and identifying process improvements.
- Someone with good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
