Location: Horsham (On-Site)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (37.5 hrs) 9am-5:30pm

About the Role

Join our growing technology business as a Managed Services Administrator, supporting customers, coordinating daily operations and helping improve how our Managed Services function runs. You’ll handle key admin processes, spot trends, streamline workflows and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Managed Services workflows with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and improve data collection and validation
  • Monitor service usage trends and escalate issues early
  • Oversee consumables and supplies, including forecasting and supplier coordination
  • Support digital ordering and automation system development
  • Identify and drive process improvements
  • Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries quickly
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers

About You

  • 2+ years in service administration, service desk or managed services
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and time-management
  • Strong customer service skills and confident phone manner
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Strong IT literacy and interest in automation/AI
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends
  • Confident challenging processes and suggesting improvements
  • Mentoring experience is a bonus
