Role Description

The Customer Service Administrator is a full-time hybrid role based in Winnersh, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this role, the administrator handles customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Daily tasks include:

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with office software and customer management systems; ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
  • Solid organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and accurate record keeping.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role within a business-to-business environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing tasks independently while collaborating with colleagues on-site and remotely.
  • Relevant vocational training or education in business administration, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
