Role Description

Become part of our fantastic customer service department, with the exciting opportunity as an administrator!

As a customer service administrator at Alpha Safety Training, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation as one of the UK's leading commercial training providers. This role presents various opportunities to learn & develop within a dynamic and engaging industry.

You will be at the very core of ensuring the Alpha Safety standard is being delivered, from point of enquiry, through to providing a warm welcome when greeting our learners.

Working Schedule:

The working schedule is primarily Monday-Friday unless requested and agreed upon in advance.

We are welcoming applicants for full-time roles at both of our Swansea & Cardiff centres, but would consider part-time roles for the right candidate.

Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Supporting course facilitation - including greeting & registration of learners through to training set up (classroom & paperwork etc)
  • Contact enquiry handling - including processing orders via calls or emails, supporting client enquiries and liaising with our supply chain.
  • Data handling - including processing of relevant course information against our internal CRM, course registration & reporting and other essential data input.
  • Departmental collaboration - working across the other company departments in line with your role to ensure best practice and relevant information is relayed.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE English
  • GCSE Maths (desirable)

  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety training is desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
