Description
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be first point of contact for customers will be providing quotations and supporting with any enquiries alongside order processing from start to finish.
The role will be working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless order journey for each customer and will be liaising with patients and healthcare professionals ensuring the highest standard of client care.
You will be providing administrative support ensuring systems are updated and completing any relevant documentation and processing paperwork as requested.
Aftercare will be also be a key responsibility within the role and also processing any issues or resolving any refunds if they do come into the business!

- Previous customer service and administrative experience
- A strong communicator and an excellent telephone manner
- Empathetic and understanding
- Professional and a personable approach
- Able to work under pressure in a busy fast moving environment
- A keen eye for detail and a high regard for accuracy
- An excellent team player
