Role: Customer Service Administrator (maternity cover)

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator (maternity cover) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and must be an excellent communicator; someone who is articulate. You will be predominantly based within our GP2 site Cheaney Dr, Northampton NN4 5FB, UK. The office hours will be Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm. The salary for this role is £27745.23

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective, efficient, timely and professional administrative support to meet customer contract requirement.
  • Planning deliveries based on product availability and customer requests both inbound and outbound.
  • Inbox and email management.
  • Prepare and processing relevant delivery documents.
  • Deal with customer queries about deliveries and collections and ensure that all all-relevant reports are sent to the customer at the agreed times.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, acting as the key customer contact for delivery.
  • Ensure all reports are updated and shared in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Raising any perceived or actual problems with line manager at the earliest opportunity to effect timely resolution.
  • Maintain and improve current working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring a professional standard of communication in a timely manner, building trust confidence.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • A proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes- Excel
  • A good team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
