Customer Service Adviser
Malvern Hills and Wychavon District Councils,
28.20 hours over four days, Permanent Contract
£21,118.75 - £22,515.79 (FTE £27,709 - £29,542) per annum
Our Customer Service team is a small, friendly team dealing with a variety of enquiries at our Contact Centres in Pershore, Droitwich and Evesham. No two days are the same as we switch between topics and departments. Some days we are subject matter experts and some days we are creative puzzle solvers.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic about helping a diverse range of residents and customers
- Have effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to keep calm under pressure
- Be a great team player
