About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our growing Customer Services team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey with us, resolving queries, processing documentation, and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.

If you're a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Assisting customers with policy queries, payments, address changes, and general account servicing.
  • Managing customer requests efficiently while delivering excellent service levels.
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with insurers and internal departments to resolve outstanding queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting the wider administration and customer support teams when required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous customer service, administration, or contact centre experience would be advantageous.
