Looking for a customer-focused role with flexibility and room to grow? We’re seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to support customers, resolve queries and deliver a positive experience across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Help resolve questions, issues and general requests.
- Provide clear and accurate product or service information.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Keep customer records and interactions up to date.
