Overview

Looking for a customer-focused role with flexibility and room to grow? We’re seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to support customers, resolve queries and deliver a positive experience across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Help resolve questions, issues and general requests.
  • Provide clear and accurate product or service information.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Keep customer records and interactions up to date.
