Role purpose:

As part of a high-performing team, you will champion Service Excellence when interacting with customers, both B2C and B2B, through multiple channels, driving customer experience, satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound and inbound calls interacting with end customers, clients, suppliers, or stakeholders.
  • Prepare and coordinate campaigns, schedules, workflows, reports, and status updates.
  • Process customer subscriptions and resolve customer queries and transaction failures.
  • Assist in monitoring service quality and undertake problem-solving activities.
  • Process personalised customer communications while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Manage the timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Deliver business processes and ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Build positive working relationships through professional communication.
  • Pro-actively suggest ways to improve service delivery.
  • Actively seek support from within the VFAUK community to help achieve business targets and personal goals.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a service delivery environment is essential.
  • Extensive use of digital applications including (but not restricted to) database based applications and Microsoft office.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and act decisively.
  • Ability to communicate with members of the public and have the ability to defuse situations.
  • A flexible can-do attitude and professional.
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
  • Must be efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work with others to reach common goals collectively.
  • Proactive and the ability to plan ahead.
  • Uphold Vodafone Spirit Values.

Reward Package:

  • Starting from 27K £ (base) + 5% Target Bonus;
  • Hybrid working (60% smart working, 40% office based);
  • Strong parental policy;
