If your answer is 'yes' then keep reading.

We currently have three Customer Service opportunities available: two permanent roles and one 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Who We Are

At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're in an exciting phase of growth. As one of the UK's largest leasing companies, we support customers with the vehicles, funding, infrastructure, and fleet management expertise they need to keep moving. We work across a diverse portfolio, from company car and salary sacrifice schemes through to complex, multi-asset fleets across cars, vans, HGVs, and specialist assets. We also support personal leasing and SME customers through our established broker and dealer channels. With a 4.9 Trustpilot score and Distinction accreditation from The Institute of Customer Service, our Customer First culture is at the heart of how we help customers take control of today's fleet challenges while preparing for the future.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, handling a variety of customer calls every day. No two conversations will be the same, from answering questions and providing information to resolving more complex queries. You'll use your listening, communication, and problem-solving skills to provide clear, effective solutions. You'll also support customers via email when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
