Location: Bath
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are worked on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu during the week)
Hybrid working pattern: Three days in our Bath-based office and two days working from home

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of what we do. Acting as the voice of Truespeed, you’ll ensure every customer has a positive experience when they get in touch, whether by phone, email, social media, or live chat.

- Handle customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
- Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, aiming to resolve issues on first contact wherever possible
- Support complaint resolution so customers feel listened to, supported, and valued
- Contact customers to book installations, clearly explain the process, and answer any questions
- Keep systems and records up to date while sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Support the wider team with additional tasks to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive individual who enjoys helping others and delivering excellent service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in resolving customer issues effectively.
You’ll Bring
- Experience in a B2C customer service environment (call centre, retail, or similar)
- Confidence in handling customer complaints through to resolution
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to explain technical or complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Empathy, adaptability, and professionalism when supporting a wide range of customers
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to deliver excellent service
- A positive, approachable mindset and a strong team spirit
