Customer Service Advisor – Norwich £21,000 basic / £40,000 OTE (uncapped)

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be part of our fantastic team at our Head Office based in Norwich.

As part of our Group Contact Centre team, you will speak to a wide range of customers over the phone every day (both inbound and outbound) and will look to not only book in their vehicles and answer their queries but provide them with the very best solutions and service.

The role would be ideal for a candidate with service or sales franchised main dealer experience or call centre experience although training will be given for the right candidate.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A great phone manner with the ability to create meaningful conversation.
  • Ability to show empathy whilst building rapport, listening and reacting to the customer needs.
  • Someone who relishes in solving problems to find the best solution for the customer.
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to have challenging conversations and overcome objections.

The contact centre operates between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am and 1.00pm on a Saturday.

Full time position - 40 Hours Per Week (includes Saturdays)

Working hours for this role are Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm and 1-in-2 Saturday mornings (time off during the week will be given)

What will you get for this role?

  • Salary – Basic £21,000.00 / O.T.E £40,000.00 Including Commission and Bonus. This is uncapped, and there is the opportunity to exceed this.
  • 22 Days Holiday plus Bank holidays.
  • Birthday off (once probation has been successfully passed)
