About the Role

As MOVE DANCE continues to grow as the leading online destination for dancewear, we’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor who shares our passion, energy, and commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Care team on a permanent contract.

This role would suit someone who:

  • Is friendly, empathetic, and loves helping people
  • Communicates clearly and kindly
  • Is able to commute to our location just off the M56, 3 days per week

If you're ready to make an impact and join us on our journey, we'd love to hear from you. Our Customer Care team is at the heart of the MOVE DANCE experience. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer feels supported, valued, and inspired throughout their journey with us. Whether they’re reaching out for help, reassurance, or resolution, our mission is to offer a fast, friendly, and trustworthy response every time.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers when they need assistance. Your role will focus on reactive support, handling a wide variety of queries with care and professionalism. Experience with customer service tools such as Zoho Desk or Netsuite is a bonus, but most importantly, you should be ready to represent our brand values with every interaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
