📍 Location: Colchester
đź’° Salary: ÂŁ24,785 (pro-rata) + generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to ÂŁ28,570 pro-rata)
🕒 Hours: Full-time or part-time available (flexible between 8am–6pm, including core hours of 10am–2pm, plus occasional Saturdays)
➡️ We’re happy to work around school hours, parenting commitments, or other needs — choose the pattern that works for you. You would need to be available for full-time training for at least 2.5 weeks. This would be Monday - Friday 9am -5pm from 12th October 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
🏡 Supporting customers with new business quotes, supporting sales alongside general inquires you will also deal with property insurance queries
🎯 Delivering a highly customer-focused service every time
đź’ˇ Balancing sales, retention, and productivity targets
➡️ Bonus is paid quarterly based on performance across sales, retention, and productivity.
