We’re looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing office team at Vapor Clean Ltd in Weston-Super-Mare.
This is not just answering phones.
You'll be managing technician diaries, turning customer enquiries into booked appointments, following up quotations, processing payments, and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience from first contact to booking.

- Answering incoming calls & website enquiries
- Booking jobs and managing technician diaries
- Taking card payments
- Following up quotes and outbound calls
- Sending confirmations and contracts
- General admin support
About You
- Has customer service experience
- Is confident on the phone
- Has strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Can multitask in a busy office
- Enjoys finding solutions and taking a proactive approach

- £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage Employer)

Working Hours & Pay
- Onsite
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
- Pay: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)
