Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business handling calls from customers supporting with a range of queries regarding the insurance services they have with the company!

You will be processing claims from start to finish, booking medical appointments for members, and providing the best support to each customer making sure each query is resolved to the highest standard.

Profile

  • Previous customer service experience, this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail/hospitality or care
  • Extremely passionate about delivering the highest level of customer experience
  • A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to build good working relationships
  • An excellent problem solver and a high level of resilience
  • A good team player
