About The Role
Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts seeks a Customer Service Advisor for a public sector client in the Murrayburn area of Edinburgh. This full-time, temporary position runs Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, offering £14.51 per hour. The initial contract lasts three months, with potential for extension. Starting as soon as possible, you will join an established team handling front-of-house duties.

- Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
- Carrying out ID checks
- Checking applications
- Processing applications
- Producing documentation
- Answering any questions
- Any other tasks as required
Key Skills Required

- Previous administrative experience
