The Customer Service Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Esher, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role involves handling inbound calls and written queries from members and corporate clients, providing clear, empathetic guidance on healthcare benefits, claims, and trust arrangements. The advisor will investigate and resolve service issues, update member records accurately, and liaise with clinical and operational teams to ensure timely, appropriate support.

Daily Responsibilities
- Delivering consistent, customer-focused service
- Following agreed processes and compliance requirements
- Contributing to high satisfaction scores through professional communication
- Using internal systems
- Managing work queues effectively
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
- Professional telephone manner and effective customer support capabilities, including clear, confident communication and active listening.
- Solid customer service experience in a contact center, healthcare, insurance, or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet service-level targets in a structured environment.
- Comfort with using CRM or call-management systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team and in a hybrid setup (office in Esher and home-based work).
- Previous experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance is beneficial but not essential.
