Customer Service Agent
Location – UK, Work at Home
Salary – £13.45 per hour/ £26,227.50 per year | Night Service will be paid at £16.81 per hour (1.25 × standard hourly rate)
Hours – Full Time & Part Time shifts available
Shifts – Day & Night shifts available
Contract Type – Permanent

About the role
As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues and making sure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
You'll manage customer contacts by telephone, providing clear, accurate and helpful support to customers.
You'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and efficiently.
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs and providing the right support.
- Providing clear and accurate information while following agreed processes and guidelines.
- Accurately recording customer information and updating systems.
- Managing a high volume of contacts while maintaining quality and a positive customer experience.
- Handling challenging conversations calmly, patiently and with empathy.
- Working closely with your colleagues and Team Manager to deliver excellent service.

What we are looking for
We're looking for people who enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering great customer service.
You'll have:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
- Confidence using computers and multiple systems.
- The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- A positive and adaptable approach.
- The ability to work independently as well as being a great team player.
Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, administration or another customer-facing role is desirable, but we're also interested in people with the right attitude and transferable skills.

Working from Home
This is a homeworking role, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available across day and night shift patterns.
Foundever will provide you with the computer and equipment you need to carry out your role.
You'll need to have:
- A suitable and secure space to work from home.
- A reliable internet connection.
- A quiet environment where you can focus on customer interactions.
- The ability to work independently and maintain professional standards.
A DBS check will be required for successful candidates, and Foundever will cover the cost of the check.
