The UK's leading parcel delivery company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Newcastle

Salary:

£22,500 per annum

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

About the role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a high level of service and support. You will handle a variety of customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about services and products.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service channels.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
