Customer Service Advisor (Temp to Perm) - 3 Month Contract £15.38p/h. Plus Saturdays (£23.07p/h) Bank holidays (£30.76)

Hybrid - 3 days onsite
We are currently seeking a bright, energetic, and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent.
The Role:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone
- Responding to customer emails efficiently and professionally
- Managing live chat queries
- Delivering outstanding customer service across all channels
- Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service/call centre experience is essential
- Experience handling inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Financial Services experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
