Insurance Customer Service Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience in the insurance industry? We’re looking for an Insurance Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team and make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide clear, accurate advice and support to customers on their insurance policies.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Update and maintain customer records with precision and attention to detail.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an insurance role (personal lines experience such as motor or home insurance is ideal).
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
