We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Guiseley, helping customers who rely on our mobility products to maintain their independence and quality of life.
This isn't a high-pressure sales role. It's about providing reassurance, solving problems and making a real difference to people when they need support most.
Why Join Us?
- Base salary of £26,106
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- Saturday: 1.25x pay
- Sunday: 1.75x pay
- A working pattern that may suit your lifestyle
Our customer service operation supports customers throughout the day, but this particular role is focused on helping cover the later part of our service hours. Typical working hours are around 9:45am to 6:00pm (we may be able to be flexible on this), which can be ideal for those who value a little more flexibility in the morning, whether that's school drop-offs, avoiding the rush hour commute or simply having more time at the start of the day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
