Part-Time Customer Service Advisor

Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a successful and growing consumer brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a small friendly team, supporting customers across the UK and Europe and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online.
  • Providing product advice and pre-sales support.
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Processing orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
  • Supporting wholesale customers with order and product enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and processing payments securely.
  • Assisting customers with website navigation and online ordering.

Salary

£28,000 pro rata + benefits including pension, free parking, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, EAP.

Location

On site at offices in Exeter (outskirts).

Hours

27.5 hours per week, ideally 9am – 3pm, Mon - Fri

Part-Time Customer Services Advisor - About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar customer-focused role, experience of working in e-commerce would be useful.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
